HCHE Young Researcher Award
Science thrives on the ideas of young researchers. In order to promote the work of our doctoral candidates, the Scientific Advisory Board of the HCHE will award a prize every two years from 2021 onward for the best health economic paper by young researchers at the HCHE.
"We would be very pleased if this award supports the award winner in his further career and acts as an encouragement for further research," said Prof. Dr. Mathias Kifmann, core member at HCHE.
The award was created as part of the activities around the 10th anniversary of the HCHE.
Further details on the award, the submission of contributions and the process can be found here:
- Submission deadline 28.02.2021
- Award ceremony at the 11th of June 2021
The award is open to all HCHE members who have not yet received their doctorate or who completed their doctorate in the previous year. The prize can be received only once.
Each paper submitted will be evaluated according to the following criteria:
- Academic quality

The Pre-Selection Committee reviews all submissions; the award jury determines the winner based on the evaluation criteria and awards the award.
