Depression: Internet-based Self-help Program
Moodgym
Moodgym is a free online training designed to reduce depressive symptoms and to prevent depressions. It is based on behavioral therapy methods and offers online exercises and tasks that help identify unhelpful thought patterns and replace them with new ones that positively change behavior.
Prof. Hans-Helmut König, HCHE core member, is responsible for the health economic evaluation of the internet-based behavioral therapy self-help program. This program is designed for people with mild and moderate depressive disorders in primary care. Within the subproject a cluster-randomized study will be conducted.
