HCHE Research4Talents

"Research4Talents" is a after-work series by the HCHE adressed to young professionals in the healthcare sector, early-career researchers, and students specializing in health economics. Launched in 2025, the series aims to foster interdisciplinary knowledge transfer: findings from health economics studies are discussed in a relaxed setting to strengthen the dialogue between science and practice.

The next event in the series will take place on 1 October 2026, focusing on the theme: Mission Good Work – What Really Drives Us in Healthcare.

In addition to keynote speaker Prof. Dr. Johanna Kokot, the three HCHE doctoral researchers Jan Berendsen, Julia von Hanxleden and Lea Bullenkamp will present their current research on the topic of "Motivation and Good Work for a Good Healthcare System."
