"Will care soon be unaffordable"? - HCHE experts on the questions of life in the Hamburger Abendblatt
HCHE-Director Professor Jonas Schreyögg and HCHE-Core Member Professor Matthias Augustin spoke about the topic of "Will care soon become unaffordable?" as part of the interview series "The 100 big questions of life". The Hamburger Abendblatt talked to the two experts about questions, such as what can be done about the state of care emergency and how care remains affordable. Among other things, the issues were the excessive number of hospitals in Germany, an improvement in the framework conditions for the nursing profession, the adopted lower nursing limits as an important instrument and the aspect of digitalisation in nursing.
In the interview series "The 100 big questions of life" in the Hamburger Abendblatt, weekly questions about life are answered by experts from the University of Hamburg. This series takes place on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Universität Hamburg and is published every Saturday in the Abendblatt.
