
Why being active is healthy and poeple ignore it anyway

If you want to improve your health, doctors usually recommend more physical activity. Even though exercising is wellknown to have positive effects, actually doing something is often a problem. At November 27th 2019 we discuss possible cause together with our colleagues of the Institute of Psychology here at the HCHE. All the speakers are physically active themselves and come from different fields with thier own perspectives on the issue.
