HCHE Annual Report 2025 released

What were the highlights in 2025? What events and lectures took place last year? Which new projects were acquired? If you would like to find out more about the activities and projects at the HCHE, take a look at our current Annual Report.

Skills shortages, emergency care reform, and the financial sustainability of the healthcare system – these are just some of the issues that shaped the healthcare industry, politics, the public, and research at HCHE in 2025. More than 160 publications have been published in scientific journals. Of the approximately 40 ongoing externally funded projects with a total value of around 13 million euros, 15 projects were successfully completed in the past year. The development of our DFG-funded Research Training Group "Managerial and economic dimensions of health care quality," launched in 2023, was also positive: in its second year, the program included international conferences, research stays abroad, first paper publications, and various qualification courses for our doctoral students. In addition to research, we also strengthened the dialogue between science and practice in 2025, for example, with our established event series "Research Results live" and the new after-work format "Research4Talents."
