PhD-Course "Clarity and confidence in professional communication (Non-violent communication)"

In this practice-oriented seminar, the course instructor, Dr. Claudia Wunram, teaches the central principles of non-violent communication for everyday professional life.The focus is on dealing constructively with challenging conversational situations in which emotional reactions can occur. Through individual, partner and group exercises, participants learn how to express their concerns clearly and respectfully, respond better to their counterparts and conduct difficult conversations in a solution-oriented manner.
