Kick-off seminar to prepare for the international job market (Prof. Iris Kesternich)

This seminar provides information on the academic job market (e.g. writing a job market paper, reference letters, applications, online interviews, job market fly-outs, negotiations). There will be presentations and Q&A sessions with several professors from different countries who haved experienced both sides (being a candidate and being responsible for hiring) of the academic job market.
