PhD-Course: Introduction to Health Sciences

This course introduces key concepts, methods, and research designs in health sciences, including measures of morbidity, observational and experimental study designs, effect measures, bias and confounding, sampling techniques, and data sources. In the second part, PhD students will present and discuss studies on quality of care using common reporting guidelines and quality assessment tools.
The course is offered as part of the Research Training Group, but is also open to other doctoral students.
