PhD-Course: Managerial approaches to improving quality of care

This course explores managerial concepts and approaches to improving quality of care, with a focus on health economics and health care management. It covers theoretical and empirical perspectives on quality and risk management in hospitals and other providers, particularly in Germany and the US. Students will discuss research papers and present how course concepts relate to their own PhD projects.
